Playtime!
Daniel is learning how to play with people now. As I am back to work now, everytime I get back home I would throw my milk supply (expressed breast milk) into the fridge and start spending quality time with Daniel. Sometimes, I think the term 'quality time' only came up as an excuse to compensate lost times.
He loves to observe us making faces and when we show expressions on our faces.
... then he will respond. He's been smiling a lot these days... He can really melt the coldest heart.
Here's a full view of his thighs... which I love squeezing them!
His favourite rocker... a magical equipment which can lulled him to sleep within minutes... and he demands it to be rocked ALL the time.
And yep! That's his favourite snack... his fingers!! Sometimes he can fit all 10 fingers in his mouth... talk about a greedy slurpy baby.

2.5-Month-Fei-Zai
He has been communicating better too. He likes to make high woo and hmm, and smile whenever we play rough with him.
Every night as I look over at him, sleeping by my side, his face always seems rounder and chubbier.
Daniel loves to be at upright position. He doesn't like to lie flat so this is one of his fave position. The view must be better this way, as it's no fun staring at ceiling all the time.
Now, the baby gym bought by my cousin, Rita can be placed for good use. He would stare at the hanging toys for as long as 5 mins, studying the shapes and colours (before fussing to be carried). Good for toilet break.

1st Anniversary
Yet, I must say all this is almost ruined if you bring a 2-month old along. Shortly after the appetizer, my li'l bundle woke up and demanded to be carried... and I wished I was an ostrich then. Daniel simply wanted me to bring him around in a restaurant where waiters wear bow ties!
And right before they serve us our mains, there was a sound of wet rumble... and as ZX exchanged (sadly, not loving) surprised gazes, we knew we had to make our way to a toilet with a changing table. Au Jardin is a restaurant in an old colonial house... there was no changing top for sure. So all 3 of us squeezed into the gents and while I held Daniel, while ZX operate downunder.
Ahhh... this is a meaningful shot. A celebration with a milk bottle at the background.
